Choosing option 1 means we will require you to accept our minimum charge of £60 + VAT (£72 in total). 

Choosing option 2 will mean we will be removing Swift Refunds authority to be your accountant with HMRC and closing your account on our company database. The responsibility to close or file your own self-assessment with HMRC is yours and Swift Refunds will not be liable to pay any fines or any other costs you receive from HRMC. We will close your account on our database and remove ourselves as your tax agent 7 days after you submit this form.
